This place changed for the worst .If you want to catch athletes feet this is the place to come.. as soon as my feet, hit the plastic bag covered foot tub they begin to itch intensely ♀️.Aside from the many hidden fees, i wanted to give them a second chance until they gave me the nail shape “they wanted me to have not, what (I )desired ♀️ .Square round some sharp and flat and uneven ♀️ . When I asked are they going to fix it and who’s going to fix it ? They told me no we will not fix, and no one is to help you . desired shape was sculpted natural ,Very disappointed . If only the garbage man could pick this building up and take it to the dump .Then they can rebuild a cleaner place with, new staff members who actually know how to do s and maintain a cleaner professional ,kinder, work environment, this place wouldn’t be so bad because it’s close to home.

Oh my god… I went to get my acrylics removed because it was $5 and i wasnt looking to spend much money. And she started filing down the nail like any normal person would, and just when i thought she was going to dip it in some acetone or anything that weakens the acrylic nail and the polish itself, SHE PULLED OUT HER CREDIT CARD AND STARTED GOING AT IT ON MY NAILS. My nails are now very damaged and i now have to wait months before i can get them redone to give them time to heal .

Never ever ever ever again! They charged me $50 for a Fill in…. Never ever ever ever again! They charged me $50 for a Fill in…. No design …nothing special … I watched them add acetone to the gel nail polish and then charge $15 for it…insane….I will pay for quality but never again for this mess…They up charge for everything!

The lady was rude and careless. She had no idea what she was doing. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she gave me something totally different and took off to another customer. I wish I could post pictures, worst nails job I ever have. Nail art, Gel manicures

HORRIBLE. My daughter was in for a mani pedi and the guy cut her nail on an angle and ruined her nail and hurt it. I use to go here 2 times a month, I will not be returning at all. If I could give this business a 0 star rating I would but unfortunately it makes me put at least a 1 Pedicure

Definitely not a place of relaxation. Sara was amazing! Unfortunately they lost me as a customer when she went on vacation and failed to train properly on new products offered to me.Someone else did my nails who was also great too but the quality of the work was not worth the money. I paid over $80 that day for nails and brows Only. The owner was a nice guy till he proved otherwise. To keep it short, my nails chipped ONE day later from a new chrome uv gel they promoted at an extra cost. Obviously it was not cheap and they hadn’t trained everyone how to apply which caused the issue. Unfortunately things got ugly when they didn’t want to do the right thing after admitting that it’s a new product and it doesn’t work that well (something that could’ve been said to me before offering it to me several times after I already said no). So to end this on a positive note, Sara was the best at what she did for me. I always told her that and she always told me she enjoyed me as a customer because I kept it simple, I never had any issues, I always showed up on time. It’s unfortunate she lost a customer because the owner refused to do the right thing for a loyal customer who’s been going there for YEARS! Hopefully she gets to see this so she knows how much she was appreciated.

Been going for years. Yung is on vacation in China and that’s the reason things have not been so smoothly there. I’ve paid a lot for a filling where 6 nails came off within a week. They fixed them at no charge. I come in with my two daughters like clockwork and Jason tries so hard to keep it together while his boss is away. If you have issues with one tech, try another. It worked for me. Be a little easy on them, they only get 1 day a week off and they all commute from the city every day. Look at what they do, it’s a tiring job. Peace to all and hoping for better experiences in the future. ✌
