The first time I went in I had a pretty good experience. But the second time was awful! My daughter went first and her nails were clean and the lady was not initially on the phone. Within about 5 mins she took a call which lasted our entire visit! I never really had a chance to say what I wanted her to do with my nails. I was only getting them painted with a French manicure but I like a neutral top coat rather than clear. I never had the chance to tell her since she never stopped talking on speaker phone to someone. I assumed she would notice the polish that was already on my nails and remove it. I hoped it came off when she sanded them. Nope! I realized after she finished and you can still see the polish that was on the top third of my nail. In addition, three different people came in after us and she treated them all differently. She told the first man that their clients were appointment only, then told the next lady (about 5 mins before she finished me) it would be an hour wait for a pedicure and then took another walk-in for nails as she finished me up. She was very unprofessional, rushed through, and didn’t seem to care about what we really wanted. I noticed white paint around my nails and instead of cleaning them up with a q-tip she just picked it off my skin (taking some of my skin with it). We won’t be back!

Angelique had a good personality but she recommended a nail style after I told what I wanted charged me $155 for a full set and a pedicure that lasted a few days. It seemed like it wasn’t enough glue on my tips because all the nails just started to fall off so easy. Overall good personality terrible quality. The photo is before. Looks great but all came off within 3-5 days.

This is what I asked for versus what I got.. this is my first time going here and the tech was on the phone for the whole hour this took. I was the only client in the whole shop which should of been the first but then she didn’t really clean my nails so I have the acrylic under my nails and the polish is bad, my nails are different shapes and she didn’t tell me price til AFTER she was done but it was $65!! Never again

This was our second stop in trying to find a local nail salon. We walked in and it felt like 100 degrees because the a/c was broken (I understand it happens) the male employee quickly addressed us and told my mom and I it would be about 15 minute wait to get manicures becuz he was waiting on another employee. She showed up and was more concerned with her cell phone than customer service! She was on her cell phone then took my old polish off then picked up her phone again to send a lengthy text message! While doing my manicure she accepted a cell phone call. Totally ridiculous. I’m paying for you time and attention. I believe she was the owner. When she started my mom’s nails she was again rude on sending a lengthy text or looking at her phone so my mom said “do you have time to do my nails?” She never looked at it again but was rough and rushed through our $15 manicure. That’s high for a manicure. I will NEVER come back here

Terrible experience, I went in being the only customer there which seemed strange to me but didn’t think anything of it. The customer service was terrible, she had no care for me as the customer and didn’t prioritize me as the ONLY customer there. The work was RUSHWD and the painted nails were TERRIBLY done. She had missed all of the sides of my nails, I had to tell her to go back and fix it. I would not recommend or ever go back.

The lady was very welcoming however she done a sorry job on basic sns for $45 which was over priced for the service I received if it was good service I wouldn’t complain about price. The sns is very thick and she didn’t file down by cuticle to make it thinner she never buffed my nails. Part of my nails are smooth and shiny and the edges are rough and dry looking from where she half polished I don’t like it and I’m disputing with my bank
