Critical: Quality, ValueI was in a hurry to get my nails done. My normal place was a long wait. I stopped in here and there was nobody there 1st clue. The woman does not know how to do nail. The man did my pedicure and everything was fine, then her a she comes. She cut my nails down which was okay and then put the tips on. One of the nail was put on crooked. So she got mad that she had to take it off and redo it 2nd clue. I told her short but not all the way down short. So she decides to cut my nails all the way down. This was the length of my nature nails. Of course I had 2 or 3 break. That is why I wanted tips. I am so not happy with this place and will never go back. Love the service at this place! I came to Ohio from Georgia to attend a wedding for my sister. However, I had a little accident when I was trying to carry my bags to the hotel which led to me clipping two of my nails. I hastily looked for a place to fix my nails. QT direct nails were able to fix it with ease! With efficient customer service I was able to get my nails repaired with a manicure. If I were from out of town and needed my nails done again, I’d highly recommend going to this place!

I am not a fan of the woman’s work on my acrylic nails. It was beyond rushed. I am disgusted by how they turned out and if I didn’t get them to stop biting my nails I would remove them. I’d stay away from the woman, but the man did a great job on my friends nails. I will not be coming back here. I can not believe I paid $30 for this work, I could have bought a kit and done it on my own for cheaper.

I have had nothing but a good experience whenever I come here. I get the gel dip and I love it! The staff is nice. And I also mentioned to them about other colors I would like them to have so they showed me the catalog to pick out some and had them in stock by my next visit! It also didn’t matter how many colors I wanted at one time they did it and didn’t even charge extra. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait except for one time. Now if I decide I want to go get my nails done I’ll just call them on my lunch break and schedule a appointment for when I get off work.
