Had a bad experience a while back but decided to give it another try since I was running some errands in that area. The guy was nice, it seemed like he did a good job at first. I paid $10 more than I usually pay at other places. That was on a Saturday, by Monday evening some rhinestone started falling off. Wednesday, maybe Thursday came around and my middle finger nail started lifting I just filed the corner and called it a day. The next following Monday I noticed the thumb nail lifting. They are closed Tuesday, I didn’t stop by until Wednesday when it really bothered me because it was getting stuck everywhere. It had been about 9-10 days since I had gotten a fill with gel. I stopped by and there were only doing a pedicure, the other two ladies were just walking around and helped another lady that came after me for waxing first. Finally 10 later, one of the ladies approaches me and I showed her my nails and she said it’s going to be $5 per nail. I told her I was just in there a little over a week and it started lifting. She said , “well it’s been a week” so I asked her so how long should the nails last? Only a week? I was not going to pay additional for a poor job. Plus they don’t accept card so you have to pull out money on their ATM for an additional $2.50. By now my fill would have cost almost twice as much as I usually pay for fills!!! I just got up and walked away!!! Not again!!

Absolutely love this place. So I was a little skeptical at first, I always am when looking for a new nail salon to go to. I just moved to SB and needed my nails done for my wedding. I found them on maps and read some reviews. Took a chance and made the right choice. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was assisted right away. Michelle did my nails. I showed her a pic of how I wanted my nails for my wedding and she went right at it. She asks questions and you can let her know if you want something else. She was very patient with me and friendly. I will definitely be returning here and really refer this place. Very clean too. I paid around 60 for my nails and it was well worth it.

Worse ever pedicure experience! I let the know I was on my lunch, they saw me immediately. But took over an hour even without massage. To top it all off they refused to do the color I requested, because they didnt think it would look good. The girl ended up just doing my nails plain white instead of the pink glitter color I chose. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They had pre-designed nails as you walk in and I saw one that I liked. Also saw that someone else had posted a photo of a similar nail design done and asked if I could get the same thing done. All I asked if I can change the color and she said it was possible. However it didn’t at all come out the same. I stopped her midday to tell her it wasn’t what I asked and showed her what I chose exactly. The lady said she couldn’t do it the same because it wasn’t possible. I dropped $51 for these nails and I’m not at all satisfied. Clearly the photos show a huge difference

Did a fill here today. Didnt like that the lady was rushing me to leave. My nails are uneven and i have to file them myself ughhh… she even put rinestones that arent even the same size and the stamp she put is slightly to the side

My eye brows and my pedicures turned out great. But I got a full set that didn’t turn out how I liked. I told the man doing my nails I wanted them short. When he cut them I told him I wanted them shorter and he responded “they will get shorter when I file them” so I said ok and let him continue. I wasn’t sure how much filling he had to do, because he didn’t do a lot, when he asked me to wash my hands I told him they were still to long and if he could make them shorter. Which he responded to with a huff and grabbed the electric file, trimming them down unevenly and quickly. He then used the regular file but didn’t even them out the way he did the first time and he was rushing and being more aggressive with his movements like I annoyed him. I am unhappy with the way my nails turned out and wished I never got them done at this salon. They would have been so cute if the tips were even. I am rating them 3 stars because my other services were fine.if I only got nails. It would be a 1
