First time there and the massage was fantastic! I think this is one of the best massages I ever had. Jenny was so friendly and patient since there was a bit of a language barrier. She far surpassed my expectations! I cannot wait to go back! The place was very clean, dimly lit with soft music playing. And very reasonably priced! What a gem of a find! I am recommending her and this establishment to my family and friends!

UPDATE: The manager of Q Spa asked me to reach out to her after she read this review. On the phone, she was clearly upset about my review. She offered me a free 20 minute massage and in return, I would have to take down this review. After much consideration, I will not be returning nor will I be taking down this review. My intention is not to slander your business, but to share my honest experience. My experience might not be the same as others, but I am entitled to express my opinion.

Similar experience to others. Elbow only, huge language barrier… until it came time to explain that my 15% tip for an average massage wasn’t enough. Happily paid the requested 30% to save me from coming back and wasting another $90. 60min massage is currently $70 before tip if you wanna try it yourself.

Needed a place to get a massage for my birthday. I hadn’t done anything for myself for quite some time so I asked for recommendations. This place was pretty close to home and someone on Facebook recommended them so I decided to give it a try. I’m gonna go home and drool on my pillow and sleep like a baby. Haha. Check them out. You won’t regret it. Their hours are super convenient and can match anyones availability. They even gave me a cute little bag of candy when they found out it was my birthday. I will definitely go back when I want to do something for myself again. I just won’t wait so long this time! I haven’t really enjoyed my birthday since losing both of my parents, so I’m glad I treated myself this year 🙂

My massage was great, however upon arrival she asked me to pay up front and after I tipped her (for a service I hadn’t yet received) she told me the amount I tipped her wasn’t standard and it made the rest of that experience a little uncomfortable.

Not big on reviews but this place was genuinely the nicest and cutest little shop ever. The outside looks a little unassuming but they have beds, blankets, and my therapist set me up with a whole cache of pillows so I was super comfortable while receiving my foot massage :’) . She was very sweet, offering me water and even covering my feet with a towel when the door opened to keep me from being cold. The massage was also really relaxing! It was a more bit gentle than I was accustomed to initially but it was still just a really great experience and I will absolutely be going back. Worth the money, worth the tip, just a really great atmosphere. 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with therapist Lucy, she did an amazing job. She not only provided an amazing massage but took the time to stretch my body, and concentrate on tight areas of the body that needed more attention to. I 100 percent recommend Q spa, you won’t be disappointed
