Nicky was the best nail tech and suddenly she left. The woman who did my gel manicure last week took maybe 15 minutes and within two days my nails were chipping. I paid for a gel and this is what I get? Very disappointed. Won’t be returning.

Came here for the 1st time for a mani/pedi. My pedicure was great. My mani—not so much. The tech rushed my manicure and did a horrible job. I will never return and will discourage others. I was originally excited when I found out they would block off the shop specifically for bridal party services. I had 8 people in addition to myself to get services. I was promised they would have enough workers for all of my party & their services however there were only 4 people to work. When we arrived, they were already working with a client that was not in our party. They proceeded to wait until after everyone else was done to take me (the bride) for what was supposed to be ombré dip. The girl kept leaving me to go and finish up all my other girls. Our services began at 1030 and I had to cut my mani short in order to get to my rehearsal on time (they had me there until 2:10 and still weren’t finished). She clearly didn’t know how to do ombré and was just winging it. My nails looked like half neopolitan ice cream & the other half all white. The worst nails I’ve ever gotten and of course for my wedding day. I didn’t even have time to go somewhere else to get them fixed. SO disappointed.

I came to the shop only 3 times. Went to an employee named Nikki. Nikki seem ok when I first met her than began having attitudes after my next encounters with her. The shop was not professional, even when entering the shop the lady with a short haircut was very rude! Always on her phone not being attentive to what’s going on and who’s in front of her. I also felt as though they treated black people different from other races. The shop was not clean. They would give me a pedi and after having my feet in the water they automatically rub the towel and not first wash your feet than use the towel. My nails is only a week old, Nikki made my dip look so horrible and thick! I would mot refer this shop to anyone. Especially being in the dedham area you would think this shop would be professional and welcoming. Not at all

Love this place really never disappoints. Had a 9am and everyone was cheery and happy. I think my tech, Julie was new to Q Spa but honestly with the work she did i wouldnt have known if she didn’t say anything! My toes came out amazing! My fingers are GORGEOUS! She took her time and made sure everything she did was okay with me. I like clear colors, natural colors, she helped me pick the perfect ones. She was thoughtful, hardworking and funny while i was there. Thank you Julie and staff!

The salon is beautifully decorated. The tech was very nice and gentle. There was no soap in the soaker. She didn’t put the bubbles on, nothing scented. She didn’t completely clean my cuticles. I had gel color so instead of buffing the color off she used cotton and foil. She sand the top coat with nail filer. Which took forever! The worst pedicure I have ever experienced . It’s like if you are not getting the deluxe pedicure you don’t get even soap. I honestly think it’s a color thing! Never again! Please if you of there get deluxe pedicure, you will be treated right .

Hands down worst nail salon and experience I’ve ever had. I was told they could accept a walk in at 2:15 so I arrived then. I was then ignored for a half hour and then sat at an empty station for another 45 minutes soaking my nails. The front desk woman was the lady who said she could take me but then proceeded to finish 2 other manicures and check out every single person in the salon leaving me in the chair every few minutes to tend to others. It was so unprofessional and I felt rushed and not taken care of. On top of it she had another scheduled client show up so she rushed my nails which ended up crooked. After everything I went to check out and she charged me for my dip manicure and added an extra charge to remove my old dip??? Isn’t that a part of a manicure experience? I get my nails done monthly and have never been charged to remove old polish! This is the worst nail salon. Worst customer service & on top of it I didn’t see her wash her hands once. I wanted to leave without paying but I simply have morals. I do not recommend.

I visit the spa on it grand opening day and kind of surprise about the atmosphere and decoration of the spa. Every details are marching with each other. There are many beautiful corners for customers to selfie with their new perfect nail or eye lash. The owner and staffs were nice, they also invited me to their grand opening party. I got a wonderful day with a new beautiful nail and make good new friends here.

The two stars is for the girl Gin who tried and I appreciate it, but the missing stars had to do with the horrible customer service I received from the passive, unprofessional, and bias-behaviored manager (Olga?) . I walked in 2x and did not receive a greeting, a welcome, a how can I help you, a hey “dumb dumb” or nothing. It was if I did not exist. This happened 2x in the same day. I had to beck for her attention, and she seemed aggravated. When they first opened, they were walking on tippy toes to make sure that they had good customer service and practically begged me to do a Google review, so here’s your Google review, and until you do better, this will stay your Google review.

The worst experience by far. I went to get lashes done and decided to knock two birds out with one stone and get my nails done, not usual salon for nails. Arrived at 10:30am and left at 1:30pm…that’s how long the nail session took! Needless to say, didn’t stay for lash job. I do not recommend this place for a spa nail service. I will stick with my regular salon.
