I’ve been seeing Silvia for 5 years now. She’s been wonderful since my first visit! She is very knowledgeable, and she will give you honest opinions about what will take place in office and your results. Everyone who works here is nice. The atmosphere is very calming, and she will even give you a mini massage with your facials. They do accept groupon promotions so please do not believe what @debbie grandma said in her review because that is completely false! Silvia you are awesome! Continue to be the person you are!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismAbsolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I confirmed the address, and chose the location because I live down the street. I go there, and it is closed. I call the SAME number I called to make the appointment and was told I had no appointment. Then I get a call from apparently a different spa with the same name telling me I am late. The lady who called refused to take responsibility for the “mix up” and canceled my appointment. Of course I was angry because I confirmed the address when I made the appointmen. She tried to tell me there is another spa with the same name and it was all my fault! After I hung up, she called me back and rudely said, “Look lady!” All she talked about on the phone was how she didn’t want me to leave a review. The rudeness and unprofessionalism was outrageous! The staff was nice and the place is very small and modest. The rooms are side by side. If you have anyone one either side that decided to have a conversations with the tech, they will disturb your peace! That was my issue, the woman and tech were talking about personal stuff and covid 19 and it sounded as if they were in the room with me. Also prior to leaving the staff decided to make popcorn… yes, so the smell of burn was all over the place. I personally like a zenful and relaxing spa, I go to relax especially while having a massage. On that note, the technique for the massage was not what I was expecting and unfortunately did not help with my shoulder or back pain as her focus was more about my digestive system. I unfortunately will not be going back.

This was a really great experience. Though my facialist didn’t speak English she did a great job overall. She took her time and was very gentle yet effective. I immediately noticed a difference afterwards. This was a very therapeutic experience and I would return.
