I have been coming here for over 9 years…and have loved every set of nails I’ve gotten! I love getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for a fill and new polish. Not to mention the pedicures are so relaxing!

I went for a pedicure and dipped manicure 12/23. By 1/5 several fingernails had fallen off- just popped off! I called to say this occurred and my dissatisfaction but was told that dipped nails only last 2 weeks and they were falling off because I hadn’t gotten a fill. ??? Why would I need a fill already? They are supposed to last at a minimum of 3 weeks. By 2.5 weeks all the nails had fallen off.

Horrible pedicure. I could have done better. Asked them to fix, they made it worse. When I asked for a refund, they refused saying they were trying to fix it. After years going there, I will never go back. Quality of service has been declining and now this. Awful Pedicure

Went to this Salon for the first time 6-8-22 for a hair cut and style. I received excellent service and was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this Salon to anyone! Diane was my stylist. She was very friendly and I really enjoyed talking with her. Haircut

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI’m so disappointed with the service I received today. I requested for the picture on the right without any of the design, just a plain nude/pink color. This is what I received on the left. She cut my nails way too short and none of them are even. They are all different shapes. I mentioned that one of them was way too short but she kept going so I said never mind. I rarely get to treat myself so I was so disappointed that I wasted my money on such horrible nails. She didn’t even have me go wash me hands after the filing process. She just dusted my hands and polished over it. Everything felt so rushed and I don’t feel like I deserved to pay $55 dollars for this set at all. I’m so disappointed with the service I received today. I requested for the picture on the right without any of the design, just a plain nude/pink color. This is what I received on the left. She cut my nails way too short and none of them are even. They are all different shapes. I mentioned that one of them was way too short but she kept going so I said never mind. The worst nail job on the planet happened on Friday the 3rd. This is only the 8th and as you can see these “gel” nails are horrible. After the tech was done and I left the salon, they immediately began to peel and smudge. They never did get fully “dry” or heat sealed. I found out from my tech today when I had to have these redone, this was because a gel basecoat was put on followed by regular nail polish and then a gel topcoat. They didn’t adhere to each other and made for one big mess. I would never recommend going here and paying for something like this. Very disappointed and since I am moving to MN I was looking for a place I could trust.

4 months ago, just thinking about how bad it turned out, I had to write a review. Even after drying my nails from their drying spot exactly 15 min as requested, sadly my nails wasn’t dry enough, and I was left with scratched marks on a lot of my nails. The 2 young girls came to my rescued and tried their best to fix it, I am happy with their service. I think the product was either cheap or the person (not the 2 girls) who did my nails rushed as she didn’t wait for the nails to dry before adding more coats. I did express mani and pedi.

Walked up to the receptionist and she says nothing. She tells us to wash our hands but we have never been there so we don’t know where to go. Then she says pick a color, we ask where are the gel colors and she points. The service was not great. My sister in law left with a clump on her nails. Upcharge of 20 per person for gel. Since there are so many nail salons, there is no reason to return. I will say that the two infants that were there with the workers were adorable though.
