Absolutely courteous and professional service from everyone there. My nail tech, Mindy was so lovely and helpful. I chose a French manicure design that was new and they looked at some photos and executed the design perfectly. These women have golden hands and were gentle as well with the process. This is my second time going and i love it. Both times I got designs, and the gel last me 3 weeks. You need appointment so, make sure you do. Also they give a nice little massage.

I don’t know what happened to this salon since Covid but it’s not good at all. The young girl who used to work the front desk was lovely and professional and the manicurists were extremely skilled and kind, now it’s all the opposite.

Critical: ValueThey make you wait long time and when the technician is working on your nails she will be taking other clients in between. Don’t go there for acrylics ,especially for long nails, they don’t like to do them, and they will end up not liking you too. Basic place, no value.

I came here because it has excellent reviews. Unfortunately, the girl who did my nails did a really bad job. Four of my nails were filed crooked, unevenly, and one of the hard gel nails straight up popped off when she started buffing. She then glued multiple nails to my skin, and cut one of my fingers with a file. She repeatedly forgot to go easy on that finger and filed the cut multiple times. Luckily, Tina came and saw the awful work and tried to save it. She did her best to fix it, but she was in a hurry to leave. Sadly Tina also filed that cut on my finger several times before she remembered to leave it alone. I almost left because it took almost 3 long hours. They only gave me a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Not coming back…so disappointed 🙁

Best nail salon ever. The technicians are skilled and friendly. I have always received great complements on my mani/ pedi. Graf relaxing environment and tools fresh and sanitized the same way as hospitals do for surgical instruments.
