Overall a 4.5/5. I came on a Monday afternoon to the 7th ave location. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take me in right away. My nail tech (I think her name was Suie) was friendly and asked about my comfort during my manicure. Only deducting .5 because I’m not a huge fan of using a nail drill to sand the surface of the nail (which she used) and I prefer a nail soak before pushing back cuticles (which she didn’t). However, my nails turned out very nice and smooth. It was a very reasonable price. Would recommend

Critical: QualityI don’t know why but my gel nail polish started becoming discolored or coming off. My sister spent $70 getting French tip poly gel. They told her it should last a month. One tip came off in less than a week. The staff are nice though

I’ve been coming here for the past few years. The quality of service is better than any mail salon in the city. They’re clean and the staff is pleasant. The salon is also well ventilated so it doesn’t have that nail salon smell. I look forward to getting mani pedis here because the staff really take the time to do it. They also do full body massage downstairs. They do waxing as well. I’ve taken some friends here and they’ve also had a good experience.

What a wonderful experience I had at Q Q Nails! I cannot begin to explain how sweet and amazing my technician, Sara, was. Ask for Sara when you come here! She offered me a free 5 minute foot massage which was just so kind and just what I needed after a long day at work. Sara was an amazing masseuse! She also recommended a new nail polish they have there (I forget the name) that lasts for 2 weeks. Ask them about it! Everyone else there was so attentive and nice, making sure my nails were dry upon leaving and that I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be making this my nail salon spot in the village!

She did a beautiful job, and she is a very very sweet person!! I got a UV gel tip manicure with a sparkly French tip. The total came out to $120 which is very on par with the prices of other salons. The owner is a very nice man and he is very attentive to everyone in the salon. It was clean, they take your temperature, and give you hand sanitizer when you walk in. I had one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Elena did my nails, and she was a perfectionist. She did a beautiful job, and she is a very very sweet person!! I got a UV gel tip manicure with a sparkly French tip. The total came out to $120 which is very on par with the prices of other salons. The owner is a very nice man and he is very attentive to everyone in the salon. It was clean, they take your temperature, and give you hand sanitizer when you walk in. I will be going back!

I have been booking gel manicure appointments with Elena every two weeks for the past few months, and she is the absolute best! She is friendly, nice and her manicures are impeccable!! She can shape your nails into any shape you want, and her application is perfect. My gel polish always stays on for at least two weeks, if not more. This manicure was not worth the money. Got a color I didn’t ask for, had to go back in and get it fixed. Manicurist basically did a quick job to fix and get me out. Nails were left so thin and barely hardened. Not enough coats of gel…that didn’t even cover the full nails in some places. 4 days later the manicure has fallen apart – most nails have broken. Worst nail experience I’ve had.
