I felt welcomed but painful pedicure.. still had the residue from the scrub stained on my right foot. My services felt rushed and half done. My nails were butchered initially until I insisted for them to be refiled. First and only time i attended this salon. Wasted $48 rounded up to $50 here never again. Please take head of my strong warning, do not do it.

First time getting my nails done at 53 and they came out absolutely horrible. The lady rushed doing my nails while I was getting a pedicure. 2 days later nails are separating from my nail. Some nails look as if I already have new growth…Ridamdiculous! These people love the blackgold that of spending power. As I said when I walked in there, keep your jokes to yourself this is business. This place here.

The people were nice but my nails did not come out beautifully. The guy in the front tried to fix after the one lady messed them up. The nails looked better after he finished however I still was not totally satisfied. Glue and and paint was all around my nail and he worked to try and remove most of it. Mgmt did not offer any compensation or discount for the the poor service. I will not be returning to this shop.

I will never ever visit this shop again. Yesterday my 17 year old daughter wanted designs on her natural nails. She showed the tech a picture of the art and she said she could do it for $25. (I will try to get her name. Im calling the consumer complaint today.but she sits in the last seat by the lash table.) After she finished, my daughter did not like it and for good reason. The designs did not look even close to the picture and they were sloppy and not even the same size. I had just paid with my card so I simply asked the lady who does my nails for a credit, since the tech who did her nails was already talking to someone else. But she heard me and said “I’ll give you $10 back now don’t talk!” I asked “did you just say don’t talk?” She just looked and gave the money to the other lady who handed it to me. I bit my tongue only because my daughter was standing right there but also I know it was God saying she’s not worth it. Any business that has no respect for paying customers who do not disrespect them will never see my hard earned money again. She really thought I worked for her..not knowing she is a new testimony for me because any other time I would have read her up and down.. Never again. This is America!

Horrible service when I walked in no one spoke or asked what I wanted!! The lady that did my nails was really rough and had an attitude. She Split my skin with the finger nail filer and when I told her she snatched my finger and kept going. I got the SNS nails(dip) and it’s horrible definitely not what I’m use to they a kind of messy.. The area is so small and crowded. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE!!

Critical: Quality2ND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I’ve been a long time customer of this shop since moving to the area. Pre-Covid it was fine bc there was a man there that was really good and friendly and I only used him for my nails BUT… post Covid-19, I immediately could tell the quality of work has decreased, however the prices sure have INCREASED. Convenient right?!! I had 2 techs working on me at the same time which was horrible. Imagine one taking her time and doing the pedi right and the other rushing with the mani like she has a pizza in the oven that’s about to burn! If you mess up a gel manicure by painting like a 15 year old, then something’s not right. Not to mention, one of them literally almost filed my cuticle off and I hate that bc I have soft hands & feet and it burns!!
