Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad my nails filled not even 4 days ago one broke an they still charged me 5.00 to fix it. Crazy I don’t mind paying but when I just literally got them filled it should not have broke they ain’t even they same size or shape very disappointed considering I am a customer who goes in every 2 weeks since I was in high-school the one on the right is the one they fixed. An the actual tip broke meaning when it got filled it was way to thin to begin with. Had my nails filled not even 4 days ago one broke an they still charged me 5.00 to fix it. Have been here 2 times, not happy. Each time, nails cut too short and made square. I HATE short, square nails! Had enough of them in the 90’s. Have had both people do my nails. Will not be back. If you like short, square nails, this is the place for you. I wouldn’t waste $ to keep nails that short. They talk more to their older customers than to me. I asked for “squoval” and got very sqaure. I asked for “not that square please” and got more square and sharper on the sides than the 1st time. I like to get my nails done every 2 weeks and would’ve been a faithful customer. I dreaded going back the 2nd time but figured to give a 2nd chance. I’ll go back to Pittsburgh before coming back. I gave 3 stars because it has been really easy to get an appt.
