Beautiful work! Ive gone here numerous times before but the nails they did today were too pretty not to leave a review. Larry always does a good job and makes sure the nails look perfect. Was a little pricey-er than i was expecting but i had never gotten the pearl dusting before, so it was probably more. Which is fine by me. Manicure, Gel manicures

I took my daughter here to get her nails done for homecoming before they started I showed them a pic of what we wanted done they explained to us what they was able to do and not able to do which was fine. So we went ahead got them done they made her bleed they kept hurting her In the process. And when they were finished we were very disappointed because some nails were thicker then others and extra thick at that they didn’t do what we agreed on. So long story short they looked horrible. They next day we went back they removed them and gave us the 75$ back. Never will I recommend someone to go there or go back myself.

horrible. my nails are thick and clumpy my cuticles are irritated on two of my nails, and made me bleed. they are no where near even , they are all crooked, bulky, and cracked. it looks like a toddler did it. do better.

Don’t get me wrong, the ladies that work here are very nice and got my two friends and I in the chair very quickly and got to work on our nails. My friends had a good experience with their mail technician, but mine put gel polish on my nails even though I didn’t want it and it upped the price $12. She also kept telling me nicely to relax my hands, which I did, but towards the end she started to get irritated and jerked my hands around instead of telling me to move them up to the fan or to move them under the light. When she was finished, she stood up and yelled at me for not relaxing my hands. This was two days ago, and my nails already look like they need a fill. Some of the nails were also done very unevenly. It’s not worth the price to get acrylics here, but the manis and pedis were done well.

NAILS DID NOT LOOK PROFESSIONALLY DONE! Acrylic was thick, my nails were drilled until my nail bed felt raw, tips were different lengths, some tips were crooked. I had them remove nails the next day since they were horrible and THEY WOULDN’T FIX THE NAILS OR GIVE A REFUND! The young girl got aggressive when I was waiting to speak to someone about my refund or other resolution. I had to record to have proof it wasn’t me. I spent 70.00 for them to look like a child was playing in polish. I had acrylic/glue all around my fingers. I sat patiently and quiet with my child for her to start yelling and leaning across the counter. I then told her that was unprofessional and that you should never treat customers with such disrespect. It was bad enough the nails looked horrible. IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE SINCE 1999 AND IVE NEVER HAD TO GET MY NAILS REDONE. If I don’t like the polish that’s fine, 1crooked nail I’ll live, glue on my hands it’ll be ok but these were the worst I’ve ever seen. My mom even said she had never disliked my nails until that set!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment for a full set at 2:15pm. I arrived at 2:10. Even though my appointment was written on the schedule, I was treated like a surprise. No one was ready for me. I waited till 2:30 and asked if someone would be with me soon. I was told not too long. I politely explained I only had an hour (which is why I made the appointment). He was still filing and shaping the girls nails. He had not even polished her. I was looking at sitting and waiting for 30 plus minutes with an appointment! This type of customer service is unacceptable and rude. If you take an appointment, you honor it and don’t schedule conflicts OR you stop the walk-in and take the appointment. Very disappointed with this establishment and will not attempt to return.In addition to the lack of professionalism, the place is gross and it is probably a good thing I didn’t get my nails done there.
