Went in to get a full set, waited 30 minutes and was told to wash my hands, went to use a sink that was covered by trash and was yelled at for using the wrong sink when it was my first time even going there, it took almost 3 hours for my set for all my nails to be crooked when it was a simple set with flowers to then be charged $105 more like $110 after having to use their ATM because they don’t take card, I’ll never be coming back especially after being charged for nails that are all crooked with a simple flower design and the lady told me they would off and was constantly being pressured to get a pedicure. Place loves to overcharge for a service they can’t even do properly. Please don’t go here unless you want to be overcharged for nails you can get cheaper with better quality somewhere else

Had an appointment and waited 40 mins to be attended after appointment time. Pedicure was very rushed and I was cut on both feet and they put UV lamp on my foot before sliding my foot down so my toe touched the hot UV lamp, it hurt! Gel polish looked cute. Not transparent about pricing. Will not be returning. Pedicure, Foot massages

2020 UPDATE: This is probably the best nail salon around the Tri-Cities with a cozy and lush interior, friendly staff, and excellent service. They can be very busy during peak times and I previously left a negative review noting that they often will not pick up their business phone during these times. I have not had this as an issue as of recently- I look forward to continuing business here.

This place is overall the best place in tri cities for nails. I know their prices are on the high end that’s why I can’t go often lol! But I always go back because I love how Kaylee does my nails & she always does exactly what I want. Do be careful and make sure you have time to be there because it can get hectic they are understaffed but be patient it’s worth it!

This place was horrible. Not only did my Friend and I have to wait about 30min with our feet in the water…..as it got cold, but the pedicure itself was horrible. The lady barely did anything with my heels….I came out of that with my feet looking the same as when I went in…..no tip!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment for 4:15pm and waited almost an hour to be attended. Very overpriced, my boyfriend treated me to a full set of acrylics for Christmas as a present and I was so embarrassed of the amount of money they charged him for the most basic Coffin nude nails I’ve ever seen. I was greatly annoyed because the total came to 70$ dollars! FOR NUDE COFFIN nails, they had ONE tiny round stone in each nail, and three on one nail. The overall experience was horrible and will not be returning.UPDATE; it’s been 5 days and most of my stones fell off already! For $70 it should be lasting me waaaay longer!!!
