Q Nails is the worst nail salon I have ever been in in the last 30 years they charge $35 which I guess is normal now but it’s the the she was like 25 minutes so that means she’s getting over $70 an hour for doing toenails she should have got she shouldn’t even got $10 she was fast horrible she didn’t do a very good job on the massage and she didn’t cut the do the toenails right and they were crooked she is terrible and she is the owner

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had for the most expensive price. Also they failed to tell me it was cash only . I had to make a cash withdraw acrossed the street where I payed a big fee plus my bank charged me . When I mentioned the inconvenience she pointed to a very small sign up on the wall that says cash only. I suggested they make customers more aware of the Policy and she argued with me. I did not leave a tip to say the least. No massage,terrible snip and clip job, and bad customer service. Sure they take walk ins but it cost me $42 for it. Oh did I mention how she butchered my eyebrows. Thanks so much but I’ll not be returning or recommending!

They did a great job and I can’t wait to go back in October so I returned in October they overbooked rushed me out my nails look like crap I had a stroke my arms shake and they got upset at me because I drop something on the floor or I wouldn’t get upset because I the devalued a s a customer .I’m not returning and I heard in town that they have been other complains a professional manner . if you’re just going in fingernails and want a quickie that’s it

David was doing just fine till she (his rude wife) interrupted him from finishing off on my nails and came to do mines very SLOPPY. SHE DOSE SLOPPY HALF ASS WORK. David was honest when i asked for specific style and he knew he couldnt get it done. I dont care for my nails at all. Ill be finding a new place asap!

Have had many pedicures and I can say that for more money and the most pathetic experience that could happen. They were nice but left my mother and I with a sour taste in our mouth. Don’t waste your time. Have your friend rub your feet.
