The first few times I came here they did a good job. Then after the 5th time they started to charge me for random services that I got in the past that they never charged me before. When I told them they lied and got defensive saying this was always the “rule of charge.” They were very unkind, charging without telling you and handing you a receipt with a breakdown just expecting you to pay. I will NEVER go back here again. There’s way too many nail salons to be dealing with this kind of terrible sevice.

So far so good. Been here twice for powder fills. I’ve only been seen by Tin and I think I love this place. Still early so we’ll see but so far service has been excellent and Tins technical skills are on point. It’s always a plus when the English spoken in the shop is understandable and they are able to understand you in turn so you get what you ask for.

They do good work. They are fast too. I did have to wait 22 min. for my scheduled appt. but as I wasn’t in a hurry it was ok. They did apologize and that goes a long way with me. Will be going back.
