Critical: ProfessionalismPedicure was great, but when they finished my nails, I noticed there was a giant gap between my new nails and my cuticle. When I pointed it out she refused to fix it and said it was me. Extremely poor service. Pedicure was great, but when they finished my nails, I noticed there was a giant gap between my new nails and my cuticle. When I pointed it out she refused to fix it and said it was me. Critical: ProfessionalismGel manicure came out bumpy, I didn’t have the time to stay and have them redo them. I was told I could return and get them redone at no cost. Upon my return 2 days later I was told I needed to pay full price because “my nails were bumpy, not the polish” I needed them done for an occasion and decided to give them the service anyways and use a different color since I know the problem was with the polish and not my nails. I sat down for my 9 o’clock appointment, the nail tech took off my gel then left me waiting for about 10-15 minutes while she took care of a wax without notifying me that she was stepping away to help another customer. I was cut on 3 different fingers.
