Bad vibes here. Maybe it was just the time of day, but my friend and I felt very unwelcome. No one greeted us or seemed interested in our business. They just looked at us and went on with what they were doing. Did not ask if we had an appointment or what we wanted done. We left and went to Desert Hills nails & spa instead. They took us right in without an appointment.

Very rude customer service by male pedicurist. He would grab my foot and agressively replace it on the foot stool. Also would not listen when I asked him not to touch my phone or purse! Unbelievable bad attitude showed no respect at all .Will Never go there again.

Extremely pleased with the way Annie did my nails, but EXTREMELY unhappy with the way I was greeted upon my arrival for my appointment. My appointment was for 5pm, I walked in at 5:04 and was greeted anx told that she was just about to call me! I said, my appt was at 5 correct? She said, yes but it was just that the girls had been waiting around. Ok but is that my problem??? That’s a scheduling issue NOT the customer and I was offended to be chastised and accused like that in front of other customers. So, I’m ambivalent as to whether I will return as I love the way Annie did my nails but not the treatment I rec’d.

Great salon! Good quality products! People that really care for their clients and the services they provide. These girls test the newest products and trends and are doing it for the good on the customer. I found this place after being treated terribly and receiving the worst service for a “swanky” salon I vowed to never go back to. When I arrived At q nails I was instantly greated and sat down to get my nails redone… these girls really care for their clients. Knowing all by name and talking to them about their personal lives. It was the best experience at a salon and I will be back

This salon lives up to their good reputation! Their salon is bright and inviting, which is a nice contrast to some of the others in the area. One of the most important things I look for in a salon is cleanliness. They’ve got that in spades. Their tools are in uv light sterilized pouches and they use liners for their spas. On top of that, they keep the place tidy.

My experience there was nice. I was a walk-in and thankfully, they had space for me and my two friends. My lady was very nice to me and did a very good job on my nails, but my friends said that their lady was giving them dirty looks and cut them a few times.

The front desk staff, owner, and nail techs at this salon are very unprofessional. The owner is very rude and not welcoming. The front desk staff are unprofessional and don’t seem to know how to work the schedule. Every time I have booked an appointment I still had to wait a long time. I also got a fungus infection from a pedicure and the owner didn’t do anything about it nor seemed to care. I also brought my kids there once as I was told it was okay and the owner was rude to my kids. I will not be going back nor recommend this place.

Q Nails and Spa is the best nail salon I have ever went to. The salon is sanitary, relaxing, and comtarble. They have very friendly staffs and right now in this pandemic the sell MASKS!! You can purchase your masks there if you forgot one! Very convienent!!! When I got my nails and toes done, my nails and toes are very sensitive. They cut it nice and gently which is awesome!! My reccomendation is Angel, Christine, and Lee. I love this place, always my go-to! 🙂
