I went in with my 10 yr old granddaughter and her friend for mani-pedi. We were ignored when we walked in, finally seated then ignored some more. The women working there did a rush job on the kids-I had to remind them more than once that they hadn’t finished my granddaughter’s mani-the lotion and scrub. They never finished my mani-they handed me a packet of lotion as we were leaving. The one working on me wanted to do gel nails which I said no to. Then when she was about to start my fingers she set the gel cooker in front of me and I again told her NO GEL. She mumbled in whatever language they speak and was rude the rest of the time. This was our first and LAST time going there! To top it off ALL the nail polish they used was gone from our toes and fingers by the next day!

DISCRIMINATORY AND RACIST. I walked in and and proceeded to wait. Shortly after another lady(white) came in and did the same. After about 5 minutes the nail technician at the front desk(who was currently doing nails) asked me what service I would like to receive. I told her tips with acrylic powder and a color change on my toes. She asked the lady who came in behind me and I kid you not, she asked for basically the same thing as me. The nail tech walked into the back of the salon and began speaking in another language. A lady rushed up to me from the back saying OH, WE CANT DO THE NAIL FOR YOU, COME BACK TOMORROW. THE OTHER LADY CAN DO, THE OWNER. Which made zero sense to me. How can you do everyone else’s tips and not mine? Probably saved myself from a nail fungus infection anyway.

Been a customer here for several years. Used to like it there, However, lately, their customer service has been poor and lacking. Some of the employees look annoyed and like they aren’t happy to be there. If you go here, expect to waste at least 2-3 hrs of your day because they are so short handed. Plus, if the customer shows them a picture of a certain design they can’t do, they get upset at the customer when Told, thats not what I asked for.

Critical: ValueThis place came highly recommended, so was excited to try! Dawn was very rushed during my pedicure. Didn’t even rub in my lotion, wiped it all off with hot towel and did very little message. I still had wax between my toes from the paraffin dip when I left. Very disappointed overall.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI waited over an hour for a pedicure and when it was my turn the owner went to someone else. When I said to her that I was next she got up in my face and fussed at me and ended calling me “mama”. The way she said mama sounded very derogatory. Terrible experience and I’ll never go back.

I went in for a full set and wanted ombre. Ended up with two different ladies trying to figure out how to properly do Ombre,Never happened. 3 and a half hours later I left with nails way shorter than I asked for,several cuts on my fingers and some color that I did not want. They said we could start over again but I had to get home for my grandson. Extremely disappointed
