I have frequented this business for years and just needed my acrylic nails soaked off. When I walked in they told me that they are very busy. I said that I would wait. They let 4 people go in front of me as I sat and waited. Very disrespectful and talking back to me when I questioned it. I said that I am a paying customer as well. I will never be back to Q Nails.

I made an appointment today at 1:00. Arrived on time and sat in the chair for over 20 minutes because they were working on two other ladies who I assume were walk-ins or they overbooked. Why did I even make an appointment! I left!!! Will never ever book with this salon again. Livid!!! Pedicure

I’ve been here three different times and they do an okay job on pedicures. The issue I have is how unprofessional they are and they sometimes come across as not so friendly and very indifferent. I find it I professional to talk on the phone, and text on the phone in the middle of my pedicure. One time the nail tech even popped my foot because I didn’t hear her. I felt like a child being scolded. I probably won’t come back here anymore which is sad because it is super close to my house. Oh well! I’m paying for a relaxing experience and to feel special not to feel like I’m in the middle of my nail tech trying to get extra life insurance lol.

The day of the appointment, they seat me and I asked the Tech her name, it was not the tech I made the appointment with. I was told, “she’s not here today.'” Seriously?? The nails were not very good, I had to point out holes in the surface of the acrylic. SMH. I also asked for a polish change on my toes. I brought my own polish. When she removed the old polish, she left red around all cuticle the edges. I asked her to remove polish completely please. THE TECH SAID FOR THAT, I’D HAVE TO PAY FOR A PEDICURE. $15.00 FOR A POLISH CHANGE . I will never go back, this place was a joke. 95 for a fill and polish change .
