I really liked it here, everyone was very nice and for the most part everything is through appointment so there’s not much waiting time. I had a very broken thumb nail and the technician was super careful & considerate, I didn’t catch her name but she was at table 9. Some of my nails had chipped a tiny bit and I walked in a couple days later in the morning and they were able to take care of me right away. I’d definitely go to them again!

I went to this shop on a referral. My first set was amazing. Every visit since has continued to diminish: polish not being placed on the entire nail, toe polish coming off in a single sheet on several toes 2 days after, appointments not being logged when calling in to make appointment and then being told they are too busy to take you at your scheduled time, choosing a true red glitter polish and leaving with a wine Bordeaux color only to be told “it looks better on you”

I fond a good nail tech and they leave them I am stuck with a nail tech with a name similar to mine who paints my cuticles. I have to change my name if I want to make an appointment so they don’t give me her anymore. I decided to just take the drive to my old place. It would be nice to just walk over and get my nails done, but I cant stand inconsistency of wait time, massage and quality overall.

Worst service ever!!! They overbook and overcommit. When I arrived I asked for pedicure and a refill of hand nails. I am not sure if they didn’t listen about the request and took me bear 2.5 hours to get the service done. They took other customers before me claiming I didn’t request the hand nails. They literally implied the customer was lying?!? They had me waiting for long time bd told me to come back?!? Not only that but they said in my face that I didn’t request my hand nails…the folks attending this place were sitting far from the door and I am not sure if they were too distracted or didn’t listed, however they should not imply a paying customer is lying, that’s just rude. Furthermore, at the end I asked to get a upper lip waxing and this lady refused to do it saying she didn’t have time. There was no new customers by the time she finished my hand nails… very poor service. You should never treat paying customers with disrespect. Also, you should sit on front so you can hear when someone talks…you should also avoid overbooking. 2.5 hours for pedicure and a nail refill is out of the norm. The way you made me feel today was horrendous, that’s why you didn’t get a tip today
