A friend and I have gone to these ladies for our nails for over fifteen years- and ZERO complaints. They are quick, gentle, and do a phenominal job. When I’ve come in with my service dog, or my son, they have been accommodating and friendly- and they are always very reasonable with pricing.

My mother and I got our nails done at Q Nails. She was supposed to get the same as me (gel and french tips). Three months later, mine is long gone, while she can’t get it off without ripping her nails off. My mom has gone to great lengths to try to get it off, even sticking her fingers in 100% acetone. Even the professionals at top beauty schools weren’t able to help. They did however say what probably caused it: tooth enamel, which is illegal for use in nail salons. Please note: This is the first time either of us have complained about a business, and we feel this is unacceptable.
