I had an enjoyable time at Q Nails & Spa yesterday. Lisa, the owner was super sweet and friendly. She did a meticulous job on the French ombre nails. Marina also gave a really good paraffin pedicure. She was attentive and thorough. The French tip pedicure turned out great. The salon was nice, clean, bright, and the pedicure chair was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and certainly come back again.

Made a reservation the evening prior for a milk and honey pedicure- even called to confirm the reservation which was confirmed via text. My friend and I arrived at 10 AM for our 10 AM reservations and they had us sign in electronically and choose which services we had ordered. We then sat on the couch for 30 minutes because no one sat us at the pedicure station. After we were sitting for a half an hour, they directed us to go sit at the pedicure station And we sat there for another 45 minutes before anyone came over to us. By this point, the water was cold and other individuals that also had a 10 AM appointment were being serviced prior to us, even though we arrived before them. They were so overwhelmed that I had one man doing my feet who completely rushed, barely gave me an actual pedicure, and continuously left my station to service every other person at some point who came in after me. One lady walked in with her young son and made an outward complaint that the woman that was selected to complete her manicure doesn’t do a good job which caused the man who I presume is the owner of the shop, to alter everyone else’s job assignments to accommodate this incredibly rude woman. I was there for over two hours and left with a pedicure that I could’ve done better at my house and paid a good amount of money for it. I ordered a specialty pedicure and was given the bare minimum of a basic pedicure. I went for the first time because the reviews were fantastic and I will never set foot back in this place

Although the owner is very nice,he messed up my nails bad,and his workers don’t t know how to do fills,I overheard him saying he needed to train them,they mostly sit around,also the first time I went for a fill,it was $40and this visit was $55,why the price change? If it was done perfect and not as messy as it was I wouldn’t have minded but this really made me upset. This was my 3rd nail salon and now,once again need to find another one.

The girls who work here are amazing! They always deliver when it comes to my nails! BUT the owners service is very poor. I always make my appointments with anticipation and show on time I HAVE TO WAIT ANYTHING FROM 30 to 60 minutes. It’s so disrespectful to overbook and make your clients wait this long, there’s no apology. I wouldn’t mind to make an appointment in a different time but no, they book me at an unavailable time. Looking for another nail salon .
