Let me tell you, I have been to every nail salon in the area. Usually I get OK service, but coming here was like heaven. I love the way Moon, pampered me. She was very in tune and had great conversation. Usually the nail techs just do their job and not talk. I came in there very down and let me tell you the spirit of moon made me feel so much better not only does my nails look so cute, but they are very strong. I will be coming here from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE! Literally the worst place I’ve been in quite some time. There is no set price, so don’t use the menu as reference. instead, prepare to pay a random price that she just throws in the calculator. I was up-sold on an acrylic that apparently last longer, but my nails popped clean off within a week, and a few are lifting up.. Not only that, because the company is short staffed, I was rushed through my pedicure and not given the style I wanted, she literally said “not today”.. Also apparently, they don’t cut your cuticles when they give you a full set, they just sand the surface and put oil on your nails when you’re done.

My teenager made an appointment. She walked in by herself as I was waiting in the car for her. After a fifteen minute wait they put her in a chair for a pedicure and left her there to take care for other customers that walked in. She waited for over half an hour while employees took care of people that walked in after her without an appointment. She walked out. She is a paying customer regardless of her age and should be treated with the same courtesy as everyone else.

Worst nail experience of my life. Stopped by for a fill, 6 of my nails felll of within 4 days. I went back 7 days later, due to 4th of July vacation, and they told me I have to pay $20 to replace the nails. A guy employee was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me to leave or he would call the police. I asked for the owners name and the same disgusting waste of a human being told me he didn’t have to share that information.

Overall super unhappy with my nails. The staff doesnt talk, not even to each other. Facility is rlly nice, but quality is below average. They dont massage your legs and feet like most other places and they rush through everything. I got a manicure and i asked for a red cancer ribbon and a paw print, for my dog that just got diagnosed with cancer, and they had no idea what i was talking about. After showing them what i wanted they did an awful job making the patterns. I ask them to make adjustments, which they did, but there was no saving them, and it cost me $8!!! After 10mins of wearing it the top coat came off in certain areas and the polish chipped. Never going here.

They done a very good job! I did a manicure and a pedicure. Whoever done mine, she so nice to clean my hand and my toes. I had good experience and they had good service. Definitely come back!

Terrible place stay as far away as possible from this salon. First off it is SUPER dirty in there, there is dust and dirt everywhere. They do not use plastic bags on pedicure bowls so your feet will soak into the water with other people’s feet’s skin and nails. It is absolutely disgusting. I’m surprised this place is not shut down by the city yet. They are also super unorganized and unprofessional, the MALE in there has a TERRIBLE attitude and bad TEMPER. if you ever take an appointment with them they will either make you wait a long time to get in so you’ll be running super late or will tell you there is nobody there to do your nails for your appointment and to go elsewhere else. So if you have an event and have an appointment with them you cannot trust that they will actually get you in. There is absolutely 0 management in that place. If you are looking for a place to actually take you when you have an appointment, be treated nicely, and given a nice service, it is absolutely 100% not this place.

i had gone here one time previously with a friend and had a decent experience so when my usual salon didn’t have an appointment right away, i decided to go back. the day of my service went fine. my nails weren’t great up close, but looked good from far away. the next day i realized that 8 out of 10 of my acrylic nails were not properly attached to my nail bed. the ends had already lifted enough that water could get in and cause mold. i went back to ask for my nails to either be fixed by someone or if i could get my money back (as i needed to get them fixed either way). the man who did my nails originally was there again and he immediately began to YELL at me about how i didn’t know how nails were supposed to look and that he had been doing nails for 10 years and had never had someone say they needed a repair. i told him i was sorry if i had offended him but that i still needed my nails to be fixed. he continued to YELL rude things at me and called me crazy. a woman who was getting her nails done even got up and left. a woman who was working told me she would glue my nails to fix them, but the man was still yelling at me. when she began to glue my nails the man took out his phone and started filming me and saying to the camera that i was crazy and told me he was going to post me all over the internet. right after that… HE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME while i was getting my nails fixed. i will tell absolutely everyone i know not to go there because you never know if they will call the cops when you have an issue with their service!
