Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I asked for French tips and the guy who did them rushed through them so fast, didn’t cut my cuticles, the French tips are wavy, and the acrylic is on my skin. Also got a pedicure and they painted my toes the complete wrong color.

I went in for a fill on my acrylic nails. I just wanted them painted with regular nail polish, not gel. I guess the guy doing my nails was mad that I wouldn’t agree to more spending more money on my nails by accepting more options that cost more. He did an absolutely horrible painting my nails. He didn’t even cover the entire nail with the nail polish. I showed several friends and they said never go back again. They said they would have gotten a refund. Here is a picture. He just painted on the white. I put on the black.

He said he could do my nails like the picture I wanted, i showed it to him from Pinterest (the one with sunflowers) and they turned out horribly so i got just a basic color and it was sloppy, thick, uneven, lumpy, and just awful. Also, getting acrylic is not supposed to burn, but my fingers were on fire. I was not about to pay $40-50 for that, I offered to pay $15-20. They even locked me in even though I wasn’t trying to leave! They basically tried to kidnap me or hold me hostage. I had a great experience here. I walked in after 6 on a Wednesday, received prompt and friendly service and I am very happy with my results! They use pedicure bowl liners and have separators between you and the technician. Everyone working wore a mask. Will be back!

Critical: QualityIf you want coffin shaped long nails. Just don’t. They will have your nails crooked, none of them look the same. Wouldn’t or couldn’t fix it. Rough around the edges. Came for a pedicure and eyebrow wax today. Shop wasn’t busy and was able to be taken care of quickly. I haven’t been to this shop since it was Mimi’s but decided to give it a try under the new ownership. I prefer the quieter days at the nail salon and today was perfect for me. Friendly service and price isn’t bad. Would recommend. 🙂

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. I was there for 2 hours, not waiting to be helped, but 2 hours for them to finish my nails. They’re filed sideways length wise and the tip of my nails are filed at a slant. The clear gel topcoat was on my skin and not flush with my nail bed and now that they’re growing out, when I run my fingers through my hair… my hair gets stuck under the cuticle area of my nails. Not to mention they were rude, not directly to me, but talking badly about the previous customers because they were complaining about their service. Absolutely never again, take your money elsewhere.
