Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI did not have a good experience here. Only one nail tech in the entire salon who rushed through doing my nails while ushering in other clients. I was cut several times with the nail tools. The clipper for the nail bed was pulled from behind a counter and not out of a new package. The grinder to take off my old gel thinned my actual nail and was painful. Only two coats on the color and missed spots. Overall very bad experience and wish I wouldn’t have gone.You can see all the redness around the base of my nails from the tiny cuts. I did not have a good experience here. Only one nail tech in the entire salon who rushed through doing my nails while ushering in other clients. I was cut several times with the nail tools. The clipper for the nail bed was pulled from behind a counter and not out of a new package. The grinder to take off my old gel thinned my actual nail and was painful. I will never go here again. First and foremost clean your stuff you use on people your putting a lot of people at risk of contracting a disease or infection.Update: this place is a joke I broke my nail off before that they did. Got them redone with these ones broke my nail off again and it took off half of real nail. I called to tell them I want a refund and they said they can’t do refunds and asked what monomer they use and she apparentlyOnly does pedicures and wouldn’t tell me. But don’t worry because I know allll the right people to have them get inspected for the uncleanliness and them not pleasing the customers.
