Never disappoints!! Long last nails

Took my chance here since they don’t have the best reviews. She did a great job on my pedicure, I got shellac/gel. My manicure was good as well, however the gel did start lifting after a week and a half. However, at the end she asked me if I wanted my brows done so I said sure. I went to the back and also asked for her to do my lip. She proceeded to do the brows, lip & chin. I was really confused since I didn’t asked her to do my chin but she already started so I didn’t say anything. Anyways, she ripped my skin on my brows and chin. On my chin was the worst, it’s been two weeks and it’s still healing. Ouch. Won’t be getting waxing done here again.

Horrible service! Nail technician Vicky told me she would do my nails and didn’t show up until 2 hours later. Vicky worked on 2 clients then said she had to leave. She went to her car with her niece and sat in the car for a long time, I wanted to see if she really was leaving. So I finally drove off then came back around the block, Vicky was back in the nail salon doing nails, I thought, oh ok. So the next day I come back and waited 2 1/2 hours, now it’s my turn to get in the chair. Vicky takes a very long break, then her sister gets a customer to hand me a note saying “go somewhere else Vicky not going to do your nail and me either. I walked up to Vicky and ask why? Vicky says “I don’t do long nail anymore” I said ok that’s fine. Until I seen my friend who actually referred me to come to Vicky. I ask my friend “Who’s doing your nails”….She replied Vicky! I said not today because she doesn’t do long nails anymore. And proceeded to do my friends nails! I didn’t care she didn’t want to do my nails, but it was how long she made me wait for hours just to tell me she’s not going to do them on a piece of paper. I would not recommend ANYONE to go to their establishment EVER!!!!!

I have been here three times. don’t waste your time. They never open on time and are not friendly. my third visit I waited 45 min. IThere was only one other customer there. I left because one of the ladies decided she was going to have her lunch.
