Q Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIt was absolutely terrible me & my friend wanted full sets we got there at 11 we didn’t leave until 1 and my friend was the only one who’s nails were “finished” they didn’t even start on me by then. On top of that my friend asked for coffin and they made them bulky squares. At no point did she let us know she couldn’t do it and at that point im like no way is she touching my nails. She also charged me $5 for nail take off when she only popped off 2 nails that i already cut down and all not to mention she made my actual nail come up and bleed…. It was absolutely terrible me & my friend wanted full sets we got there at 11 we didn’t leave until 1 and my friend was the only one who’s nails were “finished” they didn’t even start on me by then. On top of that my friend asked for coffin and they made them bulky squares. At no point did she let us know she couldn’t do it and at that point im like no way is she touching my nails. Critical: Professionalism, Quality1st off when I got inside nobody greeted me!! The nails she put on me was too big! When she put the powder on she didn’t do it right because it was too lumpy!! I ask them to be long they not long how I like them she kept cutting them short!! 1st off when I got inside nobody greeted me!! The nails she put on me was too big! When she put the powder on she didn’t do it right because it was too lumpy!!
