I was able to walk in and get a great pedicure during the last hour they were open one day. The salon was very clean, and the man did a great job! I love that that the polish was perfectly organized as that is not the case in most salons in Olathe, Overland Park, and Leawood. I was surprised to be gifted with spa lotion during check out. Q Nails will be my top choice In the future.

They say they are open until 6, but you better call ahead. Walk-ins not really their thing either. Not very flexible…I needed a 5 and they asked if I could do it sooner.

I had three pedicures this year and each time I was hurt as they worked with my ingrown nails. One of the owners (?) did the final work, so I can’t blame the inexperienced nail tech. Not giving her another chance to dig on me. Otherwise the other people been serviced with manicures seemed to be happy.

This is my second time coming here and I have to say this experience was no where near as good as the first time. The tech that did my pedicure today didn’t even let my feet get in the water good before she started. The massage was not good, she didn’t even touch my feet. I had to ask her to fix my polish. I could have painted them this good. I’ll go back but I’ll insist on not having this tech again. My first experience was wonderful. The first time I rated them 5 stars this time I couldn’t. I came home and repainted my toes. I don’t like to give bad reviews just honest ones. I also did not to her and I normally to well.

Went in to get my daughters nails taken off before basketball tryouts. Mind you she’s just turned 13. He taked her in and pretty much rips them off with an other nail, taking a piece of her real nail making her bleed and putting her in pain not to mention making her first nail experience horrible. Will not use thus place again!! Carless work!!
