Horrible experience. All I wanted was my eyebrows shaped and cleaned up. Specifically said do not thin them. I walked out of there with eyebrows you can’t even really call “eyebrows” looks like someone took a pencil and drew a line. I atleast want them to look like cousins, they don’t even look like they know each other! Don’t waste your time ,money,or eyebrows on this place!!!

I would have to say, this is the best nail salon out there that does do a FANTASTIC job! But other nail salons provide manicure along with dip for the price and I really miss the hand and arm massage I got from other nail salons during any nail package! I will give it a 5 star for making my hands look fabulous always!

I will never go back. I told the lady I wanted the basic pedicure and she said I wanted more than that . She insisted on the higher pedicure and I finally agreed. She started rubbing this stuff on my legs and I had her to stop because it hurts my legs. I told her to give me the basic. She barely touched the bottom of my feet and rushed through the pedicure. I will never go back . I always tip when I have a pedicure but I sure didn’t this time and it is the first time I have done this. This lady sure needs to learn some manners. River Nail and Spa across from Walmart is so much better. I am not hard to please but I had to write this review so others will be aware of this place.

Don’t waste your time or money. Prices are always different, you will pay whatever they feel like you should for the day. They constantly try to get you to spend more money by getting designs or other services. Telling them no three times is still not enough, they will keep going. Iv known the owner for years and she still hurried through my pedicure and manicure (my manicure consisted of a quick buff with the drill and a clear coat and I rubbed my own lotion in). They are Rude most of the time. It’s gotten very dirty in there. They act like they just gave up and literally don’t care. I’ll never go back again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Critical: QualityThe actually experience wasn’t bad; friendly fast service. The issue I have is that 1 week after getting a full set and paying $50 for it the nails popped off. I’ve worn acrylic nails most of my adult life and this has never happened. I will not be back.

Acrylic Nails started falling of 8 days later. I have never had this ever happen anywhere else. First time to this place and never again . The nail tech Did not understand what I wanted had to tell her several times that’s not right. Maybe if she could speak English better she could understand what I wanted . There was no conversation. She was to busy talking in another language the whole time to another employee. No Thanks

I started going to Qnails when they first opened years ago, I loved them at first, the owner Nancy, was kind then but something changed over the years? It’s very dirty & everyone is rude! Workers don’t take no for an answer when you strictly only want regular polish. They’re constantly pushing “gel” & “shellac” on you and prices are constantly changing. The price is whatever they feel like charging you! If you don’t get gel or shellac & if you choose the cheapest pedicure, they’re so rude. Let me remind you that these people had my service for YEARS and knew me by name. I’m embarrassed to even be writing this review because of the trust I had in these people. It’s not just one person, it’s EVERYONE. While getting my manicure the lady cut my cuticle, clearly bleeding, I pulled away because of the pain, (obviously) and she grabbed my hand, pulled it back, and slapped the top of my hand from pulling away. CLEARLY you don’t do this. I will never return. Ever. I will go to go to L&V nails from now on, their competitors. They’re kind and do a FAR better job for your money.
