My mom and I came in to get a manicure and pedicure. The woman was rude from the time we walked in the door. We were told it would be a half hour wait, but she wasn’t even busy with anyone else. Then she was all of the sudden free… I typically don’t complain or leave bad reviews but this time I feel I need to. The lady doing my nails spoke so gruffly and kept snapping at me to relax and not watch her. I was relaxed and ready to enjoy the time with Mom, but in an attempt to “relax” me she slapped my arm very hard and actually left a red mark. I didn’t even let her finish. It was very unprofessional. I told her I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend and I went in for manicures, of the 3 people in there 1 was polite. Both manicures are sub standard and the gentleman doing mine cut me and filed my nails into the quick after I told him I was keeping them and didn’t want tips. My friends is so messed up. This was one of the best experiences with getting my nails done and a pedicure that I’ve ever had!! He did and amazing job on my pedicure and she did a beautiful job on my nails!! I highly recommend this place!! Remember to make an appointment today!!!

The owners are very rude. Especially the woman. she always gives dirty looks. The Husband did my nails and charged my card extra for length without letting me know(nails aren’t even an inch long). I got acrylic with gel and my gel polish is already coming off three days later. Will not be back!

They ripped some of my cuticle completely out of my big toenail, causing it to get infected which led to partial removal of my nail. Giving it 2 stars cause they had a nice, clean building and friendly staff but honestly would never go here again.

Will not be back. The guys are nice but the lady was extremely rude. I have a natural shake and she kept getting rude with me for not relaxing. She cut my cuticle and didn’t even clean it. Just painted over it. Then told me to not look at her, focus on the tv or something else. I have never been treated so badly during soemthing that’s supposed to be relaxing and fun.
