I went there for my nails to be done after a long week, i got the full set and when they started they were rough and careless and fairly rude. The man who worked on my nails kept telling me to stop moving when all i did was turn my head, he argued with me and my mom about the shape and when he finished they were not even or pretty looking. I walked in and said I wanted my nails redone, I wanted a fill in and the lady said no full set. Then I said okay fine, I wanted regular nail polish and she said no you have to use gel, another reason to spend more money. The whole time my nails were getting done it hurt my hands. The staff was rude,both the gentleman and the lady that worked on my nails raised their voices at me! Talked to me like I was stupid and told me how long she’s been doing nail,and he let me know loudly that he had spoke to me in plain English as if I didn’t understand what he was saying to me before! Never in my life have I been treated like this getting my nails done! Will NOT ever use this place again,was the second time I used this place and was dissatisfied both times! And really REALLY I’m a paying customer and your gonna humiliate me yelling at me! almost walked out without paying! If I could give zero stars I most definitely would!

I’ve been here a handful of times and I only come because it’s close to home but this will be the last. They are so rough and every time I leave with cuts. Today the mani looks rushed even though the tech took her time. I also heard one of the female techs get loud with another customer who complained about getting cut and the shape of her nails. Three times she was cut yet the tech had the audacity to get upset and say let me do my job! As paying customers we have the right to speak up if things aren’t done right. I rather drive further away then deal with rude people.

Pleasantly surprised. Went with a girl friend (had an appointment) for gel manicures. They were quick, friendly and our nails look great. The decor was classy and chic (which was surprising because the outside suggests otherwise.) Manicure included paraffin wax and massage. Pretty good for a strip mall in High Ridge! 😉 Good work! (Color changing gel nail polish with magnetic shimmer)

Came here because my regular shop was packed today and I’m busy all weekend so I couldn’t go in over the weekend. Got the dip powder and my nails look fantastic. Staff was very kind and the wait wasn’t long even though they were busy. They made sure I walked out with the color and nail shape I wanted. Definitely will be coming back to Q Nails.

Wish I would have read the reviews befor going here. It was a painful experience literally. My nails are so tender and sore. She could tell I was in pain and asked if I was okay I said it’s hurting then she said it’s normal and kept on going. My nails look like glue ons alos but couldn’t wait to get out of there!
