Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismVery unsanitary place. Right when you walk in the whole place is very outdated and definitely needs some up keeping. The tools they used for our pedicures were not sanitized and just laying out from the previous clients. The pumice stone they used was so worn down, who knows how many peoples feet it was used on. As well as the nail file. (Which both should be tossed after the one time use). They charged $5 extra to remove gel polish but removed it by drilling it off and then said they can’t shape them in a square due to them being so weak…. ‍. They even cut me with the cuticle cutter and then just laid it back down with the unused tools. Should have passed on the pedicure but felt rude with it being a gift. When I got my eyebrows waxed one time, the lady that did them tore skin off my face and I was bleeding. It seemed like she was intentionally trying to hurt me. I’ve never experienced such a thing. They say they have “walk-in” service but told me on multiple occasions that I needed to come back in a few hours because they were too busy – once or twice is okay but this happened about 10 times. When I got my eyebrows waxed one time, the lady that did them tore skin off my face and I was bleeding. It seemed like she was intentionally trying to hurt me. I’ve never experienced such a thing. I was balling my eyes out from pain and the tech sat there laughing hysterically at me, making fun of me for crying. I would stay away from these evil women!!!!!!

Critical: ValueSome of the nail polishes are watered down, so two coats are transparent. They prefer to just lightly buff the calluses, without much soaking. There’s no time for soaking feet. Cuticles are just lightly pushed back without trimming the skin. Some of the massage chairs don’t work. If you get one that doesn’t, they won’t switch. There’s no pampering, just get in and out fast. I don’t know about anyone else, but pedicures are a luxury for me. The salon looks old and tired. It’s supposed to open at 10:00 but they show up late always. I had an appointment for four of us together, we waited for half an hour for them to get there. We left.
