A young woman by the name of JV was very rude and condescending. She kept hurting my cuticle and moving my hands very roughly. As for the nails they are good quality but it isn’t what I asked for. I clearly asked for longer length and she kept saying “no this is good “ and when I compared the nails it wasn’t what I wanted and she just kept going even though I stated I wanted it changed. And for what I asked for I believe it was pricey. But it is the holidays so I wasn’t going to fight that battle. I would’ve come here again. Hopefully someone else has a better experience

Recommended this place and have been coming here for months. Definitely above par with knowledgeable and friendly techs. (Better results on average than other places I’ve tried in the area.) They do still ask people to wear a mask, at this time, so be sure to have one in case they are requesting it when you visit.

My visit today was marvelous i really enjoyed the time and effort that Tristina put into my nails. I would Definitely Recommend this Nail Shop and the Customer Service is Great! If I could give this place 0 stars, I indeed would. My mother in law went to this place to try and get her nails done. She doesn’t speak much English and the lady was being completely racist and yelling through the phone while we were trying to translate what she wanted done to her nails. Then insisted she put her mask on (which in fact was ALREADY on) then proceeded to say my mother in law was ‘ignoring’ her when she wasn’t.. she was having a hard time understanding because of the language barrier. Not sure if this was the owner but can I just say how unprofessional and unwelcoming this is. You would think they would try to be understanding and welcoming and what we got was the complete opposite. I wouldn’t even think about giving a penny to this salon – how racist and unprofessional of you to yell at your own customers giving YOU business. Worst experience here EVER.
