I walked in for a pedicure. The shop was empty with only two workers available. The man up front that was on his phone told me I should have made an appointment because they don’t take walk ins. In the front window it says, walk ins welcome! How would a walk in person know that you need an appointment? That doesn’t make sense! There is no signage regarding appointments needed due to COVID regulations. Again it clearly says walk ins welcome. Looking from the outside you would think it was business as usual. There wasn’t a single customer in the shop. I’m sure they could have accommodated me but chose not to.

Good shellac manicure, fast service, attentive to details, nails lasts very long. But they do not have a large selection of colors and the place itself might benefit from some beautification to attract customers who don’t want to watch news but rather want to relax in a beautiful atmosphere.

This place is ridiculous to say the least. They don’t offer a lot of nail services. I go in there to get my nails and feet done. The can’t do an acrylic sculpture so I asked for my feet not to be done. I then try to get my nails done and when I questioned the nail tech why my hand has to be in a bowl of acetone- he got very insulted. He argued me why I don’t like it. I explain to him that I don’t want the acetone to get all over me. It dries out my skin. Other shops wrap my fingers in a cotton ball and foil. He kept glaring me. I tried to move on but the man just insisted that I was so rude that he didn’t want me to do my nails anymore. I was like where is there a sink and had to wash my hand 3 times to make sure the acetone was off my hands. As I walked out, the owner (Nail tech) said to never come again to me. From what i saw today, this place doesn’t care about what their customer wants. They only care about what is easy for them. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I use Q Nails regularly to have my toenails cut. Although some of the employees don’t communicate as well as they might, this probably because English is their second language. Otherwise, their service and proficiency is fine. It not fancy and the prices seem very reasonable.

The people were nice, but the work was only ok, and there is a very very limited selection of colors. The store itself could also use some work. The price was what I have paid elsewhere, so I’m going to go to a more updated place next time.
