Positive: Cleanliness, QualityThese simple yet beautiful nails are close to perfect!!! Shout out to Tina, she’s an experienced nail tech who loves what she does. All of my nails are even and smooth. What I appreciated about my experience was that we didn’t sit there in silence while she did my nails she was very kind and socialized with me which made the time spent there comfortable and enjoyable. These simple yet beautiful nails are close to perfect!!! Shout out to Tina, she’s an experienced nail tech who loves what she does. All of my nails are even and smooth. What I appreciated about my experience was that we didn’t sit there in silence while she did my nails she was very kind and socialized with me which made the time spent there comfortable and enjoyable. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have made several appointments for my wife at this establishment, and while they are always happy to take the appointment and the quality is not bad at all, they have literally given away my wife’s appointment right in front of her every time, leaving her sitting in the lobby. I don’t know any business that it is okay to leave a booked appointment in the lobby and take a walk-in appointment back before them. I have made several appointments for my wife at this establishment, and while they are always happy to take the appointment and the quality is not bad at all, they have literally given away my wife’s appointment right in front of her every time, leaving her sitting in the lobby. I don’t know any business that it is okay to leave a booked appointment in the lobby and take a walk-in appointment back before them. We called ahead to make an appointment and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. We received just that. The staff was so efficient and kind. Had a great experience today with my mom, sister in laws, my niece and my four year old daughter. We all got pedicures and our nails done. We called ahead to make an appointment and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. We received just that. The staff was so efficient and kind. Best of all, all of our nails look FABULOUS and we feel pampered.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called for a appointment to get 2 sets of nails soaked off and new sets applied, when we got there they were running behind and they looked at my friends nails that were painted and told her she didn’t need them soaked off she just wanted it. He couldn’t see the condition of the acrylic for one and either way it’s the appointment we made there should have been an allotted amount of time for it. Then they could not do the designs we wanted and instead of just saying they didn’t have that skill they talked to us in a very condescending tone the duration of the appointment. The cuticle on 3 of my fingers were cut with the dremel to the point they bled for an hour and the tech said it was my dry cuticles fault. (No other nail salon has cut my cuticle) I got a matte top coat done and in 2 days my nails were a nasty yellow. I called for a appointment to get 2 sets of nails soaked off and new sets applied, when we got there they were running behind and they looked at my friends nails that were painted and told her she didn’t need them soaked off she just wanted it.
