Critical: ProfessionalismI used to love coming here . Always would get my nails done here ! Till today after I got one nail fixed . When it came time for paying she was getting upset with me because I didn’t have cash and only card ! Told her I don’t carry cash and I have always paid with card , so why is this time any different! It had been 12 weeks since my last nail balance due to covid virus.i have had a standing appointment every 3 weeks for a balance and pedicure every 6 weeks. Kim was incredible. Really great. Fit me in for appointments last minute and I had a great time. I’ve gotten acrylic and organic dip tips and loved the tips the most. The pedicure really made me more confident in my feet.
