Q Nails

Critical: ValueI went here since I’ve moved and wanted to find a new nail salon. This place is very unreliable. First time I went my nails were “iffy” second time I went she was in a rush. The paint was all over my fingers and very sloppy done. When filing down with electric filer, she cut my skin. She took 30 mins for a gel fill which I have never had a fast manicure like that. I’ve seen her perform lotion massage on previous clients and didn’t do it for me since a client was waiting for another manicure. I felt very rushed and didn’t get the best job. I had to go home and file the sides of my nails down due to over flow of polish. She even blamed me when there were bubbles on my nails and said I didn’t let them dry. Very unprofessional. I went here since I’ve moved and wanted to find a new nail salon. This place is very unreliable. First time I went my nails were “iffy” second time I went she was in a rush. The paint was all over my fingers and very sloppy done. When filing down with electric filer, she cut my skin. She took 30 mins for a gel fill which I have never had a fast manicure like that. To later found out that they talk about you is that not very unprofessional and hearing it from my mother of all ppl. . This time I took my mother in law to Q nails and as always they treated us with respect and we had some laughs. Never will I go any where else but there. I have been going to them for many years. Though I have went to David & Jollys on occasions my last visit with them was horrible. To later found out that they talk about you is that not very unprofessional and hearing it from my mother of all ppl. . This time I took my mother in law to Q nails and as always they treated us with respect and we had some laughs. Never will I go any where else but there. Thanks for making my mother in law and myself so happy.. LOVE WHAT YOU DID TODAY !!

Critical: QualityI had never had dip before coming to Q-nails. I decided to try it and was shocked when she pulled out a brush and liquid used to do acrylic nails but used dip powder also had a dark spot come up on my nail. I decided to go somewhere else and ask for dip and it was done a completely different way. I told the woman what I had before at the new salon and she was shocked. The way dip is supposed to be done was supposed to be better for your nails and I’m was still paying $40 for dip that was not done the right way or better for my nails. Also the dark spot came up because she was putting it on way to thick. I will not go back I feel i was taking advantage of and cheated out of my hard earned money.I had never had dip before coming to Q-nails. I decided to try it and was shocked when she pulled out a brush and liquid used to do acrylic nails but used dip powder also had a dark spot come up on my nail.
