The gentleman who worked on me was very good. My only problem is that all of the staff kept speaking in Vietnamese didn’t understand a word and I resent it being in a place where people are talking and I don’t know if they’re talking about me etc. I suppose I like it when it’s quieter or if they speak they speak in English so that they other people they can understand what you’re saying.

Got a gel manicure today. Tech didn’t remove all of my regular nail polish, I told her there was still some regular polish on my nails and she said “I know its fine”. Then as she was doing my nails she was painting on my skin and wasn’t getting the sides of my nails properly. I asked her to please get the sides, she said ok but still didn’t do it. Then as she was painting my nails the amount of polish she was using was crazy. The amount of polish and thickness is also different on each finger. My nails just look so bad and uneven. Literally they look like jellybeans. I asked for a refund or credit and they said no, all they can do for me is redo them and I have only 3 days to come back…so I’m going to have to dispute it with my bank. I’m so upset. And now stuck with ugly jellybean nails. I only go here for convenience, but this is my second time not being happy with my nails at this place, today being the worst. Don’t go here! They were also rude about it. Bad customer service. But that’s a story for another day.
