After reading rave reviews online, I decided to give this new business a chance. I made an appointment through their website for a basic manicure, which they confirmed via text. However, when I arrived on time for my appointment, I wound up having to wait 30 minutes to finally be seen. The nail technician, Kelly, was nice but very quickly I got the feeling that this place focuses on speed over quality (ironic, given my long wait).

I was traveling and needed a place to get a dip manicure for an upcoming wedding. This place is fairly new and next to my moms house so why not? Very convenient location and nice salon with complimentary bar area with booze and coffee. The receptionist was super friendly and most of the other employees seem friendly but that’s where the good stops. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. I got Tony as my nail tech, as soon as he sat down to start working on my nails, he seemed rushed and sloppy, not very friendly, that was my first warning. I’ve been getting my nails done for about 15 years and this nail job by far is the worst I’ve ever had. Tony worked on my cuticles at the end of the nail job instead of the beginning, which was a first. Unfortunately for me, Tony cut me on two separate fingers causing them to bleed, the last one hurting the most, I had to pull my hand away and had to hold back the tears. Tony apologized but first impressions are everything and it was an overall bad experience for me. Plus they charge a service fee here on top of whatever you’re getting done, first time I’ve ever seen anything like that.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst nail experience of my life the owner is less then caring of the clients. Read the reviews!! I took them over an hour to paint my toe nails with regular polish. The tech had my polish all over her arms and all over my toes. She smudged them so many times she had to repaint 3 times!! I also went to get my nails done after an hour and a half and multiple times asking I gave up. They still charged for full service. I spoke to the owner he ADMITTED THEY DO NOT TRAIN ANY OF THEIR TECHS. He does not care about delivering any level of care to the clients. I cannot believe this place can stay open. Its also messy, they dont clean up their stations. I never got a base or top coat. This place is not worth spending one dollar. Absolutely terrible business!! And awful owner. I paid for my services my mothers is 180 dollars and my mom had to go get her nails fixed somewhere else. We paid before we called to give feedback but the owners and front desk are so unprofessional!!
