Today I decided to try this nail shop because it was close by (not my normal shop I go too. I got a pedicure and full set. They never asked me what pedicure did I want, I didn’t get a sugar scrub or hot towel on my legs. I got less than a 2 min massage on both legs. Then we get to my nails. I ask for pink and white and oval shape. Last I checked pink n white is supposed to be like a ombré. This was not, I let her continue and I should not have because I hated it so much. I say all this to say that I spent 2 1/2 hrs there just for one of my nails to break a few hrs later. Picture posted. Lesson learn she have went to my normal place. I will not return to this place, not even to fix my nail.

I am in a wheelchair, I was forced into gel because they said they don’t have regular polish nor acrylic despite me saying gel doesn’t work for everyone. The lady kept sitting the dryer on my big toe and the man said it was my fault because of my other toes I can’t move. I was charged $70 for a full gel set and toenails polish. No design, black nails and pink toes. These people are wicked taking advantage of people in all forms every chance they get.

NEVER I repeat NEVER go to this salon. The staff are unpleasant and unsanitary. The owner is rude and dishonest. The price list is a joke. I was there for almost two hours and nobody wiped down a thing! The owner was eating in between sets and not washing her hands. Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting! I ended up at Q Nails on accident. My girlfriend had referred me to a shop in Bronco Square (apparently closer to bookstore). I received a mani/pedi and my toes ached when i left. The young lady had cut me several times while scaping my cuticle. Very disappointing

They don’t offer gel powder just to make anyone aware. Also i asked for coffin style nails and the lady made them all unproportional and had an attitude when asked about it. Too much yanking and snatching of my hands. There was glue all on my fingers and as im trying to clean off that and the massive amount of nail and acrylic dust off that she let build up, she snatches my hand. Ive always been so relaxed getting my nails done but i was pretty annoyed. The other two ladies didnt seem as bad and their clients seemed happy though so maybe she’s a bad apple. This is by far the ugliest set of nails ive ever had and everyone is letting me know too. Never returning. Ruby nails is far more professional, helps you relax while getting pampered and puts out better quality work.

This was the worst nail shop I ever been to in my entire life yes they’re cheap but the work was done terrible. They kept making me switch between nail techs and one of the lady’s had no clue what she was doing she poked me in my finger it started bleeding. On top of that while she was removing the gel she kept burning me. Did a terrible job on my gel coat so terrible that the gel started peeling off the next day. I will NEVER EVER EVEER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP or RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! they really need to hire some more experience lady’s
