I got my nails done with gel on December 17,2022 and the polish has not chipped one bit. Going to get my nails done today 2/3/23. That’s almost 8 weeks!!! This place is amazing!!!!!

The guy did my nails and he was very rude and disrespectful I ask for a chevron design and they are all messed up. Nails aren’t the length that I asked for or wanted I tried seeing where he was trying to cut wit sissors and he goes hitting my hand saying look on top not side I’m like excuse me? My Pedicure was painful and pathetic. The prices I was told over the phone isn’t what the guy charged me last night. $100 for trash ! I wanted to try a new place and I absolutely REGRET IT!

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON!!! The man that did my nails was very disrespectful. I told him what I wanted before I sat down and he agreed to it. When I pointed out mistakes and asked that he fix it he got upset. He told me the sms he applied looked humpy because of the shape of my natural nails and he’s been doing nails for 26 years. I asked that he file the sms down and smooth them out, he got very upset and began yelling at me. I asked that he bring his voice down and just fix it. I told him I wasn’t yelling or upset I just wanted my nails done right. He began filing my nails angrily then throwing my hand at me to view. He messed up the original shape of my nails but I didn’t want to upset him further and just let it go. I asked him not to throw my hand then he started squeezing my finger. After that I decided to call my husband to come to the salon and sit with me. He instantly became calmer and more gentle. This is not the salon that I frequent but I was in a hurry Saturday morning and decided to stop there. This place is literally 2 minutes from where I live. Never again! There is so much more I can say about this visit but I’ll end by saying NEVER AGAIN and I do not recommend.

I’ve gone to this place for years but the past three times I’ve gone with my friend sam, we had appointments all three times they made us wait WITH APPOINTMENTS MIND YOU I SAY AGAIN ALMOST 2 hours….all of these three times!!! One time the owner lady charged me $85 bucks for pink and whites she took my acrylics off which I didn’t tell her to do then only glue on tips to put acrylics back on and charge me for!!! She cut my cuticles up to pieces with the drill so badly I was bleeding everywhere! I kept jumping back bc it hurt like hell…she knew she was hurting me! Every time I went I tipped no less than $15 bucks!!! I’m just highly upset to be treated so poorly and my friend too!!! We never said anything to them we always left with a smile and kindness but the more me and my friend have talked about this we are hurt and feel so disrespected! We will never return to this place!!! Our nails look awful….my last fill in was acrylic then he put sns over acrylic and didn’t file down the bottom by the cuticle so now I have a huge ridge that looks like the crest of a mountain cliff! I highly recommend going somewhere else if your gonna spend hard earned money spend it where your gonna be happy with the results! Oh and while we were waiting our two hours! The owner lady took a damn walk-in off the street before me as I had been waiting an hour and a half already!
