Went here while I was waiting on my car to be serviced today. The people were nice greeted me when I walked in .When I was getting my nails done I was switched to three different people. one guy started my nails off, then a lady came did the drill and another guy painted them. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Just not up to par with what I’m used to. I just feel like my polish is clumpy and my nails weren’t cleaned up well next time I’ll just go to my regular nail salon

Everytime I make an appt, I always have to wait 15-20 minutes when I come on time. Why schedule someone if you’re not going to see them on time. Julie needs to recognize this issue because it’s bad for business. I recommend going somewhere else.

I normally have a great experience here. However, this past time not so much. After a few days, my gel polish chipped. I went back in, and they did repair it. Now 2.5 weeks later, a different nail has chipped and broken and another one has chipped also. Very disappointing after spending almost $100 that visit. Pedicure, Nail painting

horrible.. first of all they were rude as soon as i came in, then once they sat me down they literally used OTHER FAKE NAILS to take off my old ones like they took other fake nails to get under mine & PRY them off & it literally felt like they were ripping my whole real nail off. The men there are so aggressive & they’re all so rude & rush you out of there even if they’re not busy. also don’t even attempt to make an appointment bc even if you have one they don’t prioritize at all & the person you made an appointment with won’t even be there. twice now i’ve made an appointment with julie & EACH time i show up & she’s not there or she “had to go pick up her kid” it’s so unprofessional & they do not care at all. also their nails break so easily & each time i’ve been my nails start to break in less than 1 week.. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE!!!!

This is the second time I tried Q Nails. The first time I had to go back to have Julie fix my nails. I thought I should me give her a second chance, so I tried again today (a month later) Never again! See for your self! This is gel on my own nails! My nails were filed too short with the dremel. The gel is too THICK & FILED HORRIBLY. I have been getting my nails done for 18 years. I have never ever had such a terrible job done on my nails. I am a fool because I tipped her. She told me that she has been doing nails for 14 years and her salon was the best. Julie should be embarrassed to let someone walk out of her salon with their nails looking like mine do!

I went to Andy yesterday and got gel polish on my hands and toes he put the layers on so thick that today some have peeled off like glue. He left a puddle of polish in the corners of my big toe and it doesn’t look good at all. JULIE is out of town but I will be complaining when she get back. I come here all the time several times a month and this is just unacceptable.

I got my nails done today and I’ve never been worked on so fast. I had an appt. @2:30 w/ JULIE. When I arrived she was still working on her current customer. I talked a little with her customer as she asked me questions about my job and I noticed that I loved the way JULIE did her nails. So when it’s my turn I tell Julie that I want the same french design as her but in a different color. As she’s doing my nails, she’s working so fast. She didn’t take her time on me at all. As I’m watching, I see mistakes here/there and my nails wasn’t as neat as they could have been. It bothers me becuz when you spend your hard earned money you expect good service. I had to file my nails some more when I got home. Very unsatisfied leaving the salon. I guess I will just stick with Mrs. T or Mrs. MELANIE. They take their time and I ALWAYS love my nails when they work on me. Mrs. SARA was AMAZING too but unfortunately she doesn’t work there anymore.
