My nails were beautifully done by Alicia. However, my daughter nails done by the guy, Tony I believe were awful. She got gel with tips. Three of the tips were crooked. I spoke with Mary to try to help resolve the issue, she had typically been very nice during previous encounters but not this one. She asked why my daughter ( who is a child) did not speak up regarding the nail color and shape and flat out refused to do them over. I even stayed that I can wait and she just said “ we’re too busy”. Alicia is the only reason I still deal with this unprofessional business, do better .

I went for a gel polish change but it was suggested I try dip powder. I am so glad I did! I was always fearful that the nails would look too thick and unnatural. Tony did an amazing job! I will be back….and maybe never do gel polish again!

I must have been the first person to whom this middle-age woman ever gave a pedicure. She did not even know how to make the water hotter. She was physically bending my leg to get it in the water. No idea how to give cues. Left my toenails to long. Left old polish on big toe. My heels are as rough as when I went in. did not even use the foam Toe Separator so at the end had to scrape nail polish off between toes. She did not even have a nice touch. It would be one thing if she were new …. And the customer got a discount for having to put up with her incompetence, but the point is, she receives NO TRAINING… she is just foisted on me who was hoping for a nice and effective pedicure. UGH. After it was over, I felt like I needed to go get a pedicure.

Khiem dud a great job on my pedicure. I’m scared of being cut (it’s happened before), and he was very careful. Mary did my dip manicure. My nails look great. At my job, people notice my hands, so it matters to me. I always get compliments, and I feel Q Nails does very well for me.

Love, love love this nail salon. Mary and Tony are amazing and they have a great staff behind them. Whether I just walk in or make an appointment my wait is never more than five minutes. They also do an amazing job on my nails and feet.
