I just recently moved here & I always had a good experience until yesterday. Normally I let the younger girl do my nails but she’s on vacation. I went to get a full set and one of the older ladies did my nails and I am not happy. She was filing my nails super rough to the point that she cut me. I’m not sure of her name but do not I repeat DO NOT let her do your nails.

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my life. She messed up multiple times and laughed about it. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she went a totally different direction and still charged me $85. The nails arent even shaped smooth or evenly. Not to mention she cut me multiple times and made me bleed and didn’t acknowledge it. I’m so disgusted and horrified by how the nails look. I literally have to go to another salon today to have them fixed and pay even more money. It was my first and last visit I will NEVER be back!

I will never go to another nail salon again! I had such a great experience here today. I got the paraffin pedicure with gel polish. The price was great for the experience that I got! The man that did my toes took his time and was super meticulous. He even suggested a sparkly top coat for my toes and it looks so nice, and he didn’t charge extra for it. I will be going here from now on. 10/10 would recommend!

I had gotten my nails done a little bit ago and they had always came out pretty good but this time, I don’t know if they were in a bad mood or something which I’m not mad mistakes happen but he needs to be a little bit more gentle and take his time. Most of my nails were good but some were uneven or uncoloured at the tip or my cuticle was flooded. With the nail file I hadn’t noticed until after but i had a little deep cut from him filing so hard and with either the drill or cuticle clippers he had made two of my cuticles bleed. Again not angry this is my go-to place I think he was just having a bad day which is why I’m giving four stars 🙁
