Have had good experiences here but last time I got a gel was last Tuesday. That Friday I was out of town and the gel completely peeled off I’ve never experienced that. The one nail annoyed me but I was out of town and there was nothing I could do. Today is exactly one week later and multiple other nails are chipping and peeling up. I decided to call and simply explained the situation and asked what could be done. Woman on the phone said I should have come in after a couple days to fix it and now that it’s a week later they can only offer a discount. I would have just paid for a regular polish if I wanted chipping days later. For gels to look like this after exactly one week is embarrassing. Gels usually last at least 2 weeks with no issues for me. But like I said I have had good experiences here in the past, maybe this was just bad luck this time.

I went to q nails a few days ago with my daughter. I was unsure of what service to book because I wasn’t sure how the look I wanted could be achieved. Joe (I believe that was his name) said to me “it doesn’t matter what we use to do your nails whether it be acrylic or dip powder. That look can be achieved a few different ways. What matters is your nail tech and their skill”.I told him I’m very picky about my nails and often times I find myself going home to “fix” them. That wasn’t the case this time. I got exactly what I wanted!! He was so patient with me. He built my nails from a gel builder which is an extremely tedious process. I don’t think I’ve ever left a nail salon that happy about my nails!!

so obsessed with this place. the woman doing my nails was very focused and paid attention to detail. she was very fast but still through. she gave me exactly what i asked for and she asked me many times during the process if i was okay with how they looked. the price was amazing. 35 dollars for an acrylic fill!! Dip tends to be very thick on the nails and Q Nails did mine very thin and flat, which is my preference for a more natural look. I am very happy with the work that Joe performed on my nails . I showed him a picture and he did the exact color and design. I also had a pedicure done by Bella and i have to say the Best ever! Am very pleased and satisfied with both of them. I’m definitely keeping Qnails for my services of Pedi & Manicure. This place is the best of all. I truly recommended it at 110 percent!!!

I’ve been trying to find a place close to school and I’ve been to Q-Nails 3 times so far. Each time, everyone has been super nice and done an amazing job! Just got my nails done and Queen did an amazing job! Definitely recommend!

Service was great. Seemed very clean. They were friendly and did a good job. The only thing I didn’t love is that I felt pressures to get get instead of regular polish, which is what I had planned for. I indicated I wanted regular polish when I arrived. I was handed samples under the impression that they were regular polish. I selected one. When it came time and I learned it was gel, I reiterated I wanted regular polish. Was told that nobody does regular polish anymore and that polish won’t last, etc etc. I eventually relented
