This nail shop is very nice and clean they are very professional. I’ve only gotten my nails done, a full set with gel polish. My nail tech Cherry is very very good at what she does, and she’s quick. Looking forward in getting a pedicure as soon as my feet are completely healed. Not sure what the gentlemen’s name is that greets you but he is so nice and takes care of running the business. They let me sit in the chair for 20 minutes getting massages from the chair on all the settings while my toenails dried. Then I went to the drying light and sat there for another 15. Although it feels like they are worried about being paid, the technician was lovely. And she attacked my seriously messed up toenails and made them presentable. Thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am so appalled at how the owner Pong spoke to me, I will never step back inside. (I calculated how much I believe my mom, sister and I spent over our lifetime at Q Nails and I estimate it to be 1 mani/pedi/eyebrows/tip per month x 3 people x 12 months x 12 years = $11,340 ). Not giving 1 more penny to this place! Here was my last experience: I have been going here since I was 16 years old, Q Nails had just opened. My mom and I were probably customers number 1 and 2… over the years the owner Pong has been increasingly rude and disrespectful. I went in this week for a manicure and Pong said he could take me in 15 minutes so I told him I would be back in 5 minutes as I had to pick something up next door for my elderly grandmother, he immediately yelled at me and said ‘you can’t leave. If you leave no manicure for you.’ After I questioned this, Pong then rudely said ‘now you have to wait 45 minutes. I can’t take you.’ I know he did this in spite. I asked him why he changed what he originally said (he hates to be questioned) and then snapped on me again and literally told me to leave. It was quite embarrassing the tone he used towards me in front of other customers. Pong you should respect those customers who have been coming to you since day one. I feel bad for the nice ladies that work for him, as he thinks he’s the most important person in all of Lancaster. Especially those who have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at your salon over the last decade.

They fit me in the same day I called to fix a bad manicure before a wedding. They took the time to help me find the exact color I wanted, which I greatly appreciated. Often, nail salons rush you to pick your color, but not here. Couldn’t be more happy with how my nails turned out!

Paid $41 & a $10 tip for a Pedicure Spa, I left with uneven toe nails, didn’t even file my toe nails. If you’re a guy don’t even waste your money. Could have put more effort into the service. I’m embarrassed to even post my foot, but this don’t look like a Pedicure Spa foot. I even told the lady, and she just chuckled like she didn’t know what I was talking about…

This is my go-to nail salon! All the staff is good, but Heidi and Jessica are especially great. They have a very clean atmosphere and run on time for appointments. They also have a very large color selection of regular and gel polish colors. Highly recommend!
