Critical: QualityCalled for appointment and came on time. Owners had me sit, pick out color and wait in pedicure chair. (with no water soak….just sit and wait). One owner was finishing up with client while the other walked around and dusted off the shelf. Walk in customer comes in for same thing and was instantly asked to sit and he started her water. Decided after going there for 2+ years they must not need my business. They have never given great service but this was ridiculous! I will say when the female employee is there she does fabulous pedicures! Called for appointment and came on time. Owners had me sit, pick out color and wait in pedicure chair. (with no water soak….just sit and wait). I went at 6:17 PM which they close at 7 PM. I open the door and the lady sitting there said, sorry, we’re closed. She could of asked what was needed which was just a eyebrow wax. What eyebrow wax takes 43 minutes?

It doesn’t look like much, but its a great little place.I won’t have to go out of town to get my nails done anymore. They were playing the coolest music & the gentleman sang as he worked. It was charming a & yet very fast to get in & out.

I’m giving 3 stars because I like how my nails ended up. Went in on a saturday and waited maybe 20 mins, I had a previous manicure with dipped powder, she buffed some off and then used a fake nail to rip the rest off, this is not okay, she should have soaked the rest off. Instead of doing the dip process she just applied acrylic to my natural nail, which is fine but not what I asked for. Not a single drop of lotion was applied to my hands, the only “manicure” step she did was apply cuticle oil at the end. She charged me 45 for the bare minimum.

Worst nail experience I have ever had. First off I had naturally long nails and asked the man I got not to file them, he said ok but then went straight in with a rough file that broke my first nail. I got shellac on my nails and not only did the guy rush through the entire process but when he continually messed up (whether it be on missing half of my nail or doing one coat on one nail and 3 on the others) and I asked him to fix it, he argued with me and said it was fine instead of fixing the problem. The whole process was so rushed, the nail polish came out uneven, most of my nails are. It completely covered and the edges and tips have little to no polish on them at all. Overall very disappointed and will not be returning. All that for $35 was definitely not worth it!
