Critical: ProfessionalismThe service was decent. I got a Shilac mani (no message just the nails) and the shilac pedi my sister got a shilac pedi and acrylic nails they charged us $198 for these services when with the prices listed it should have been $136 they overcharged us $60 and did absolutely nothing to make it right. I went in and confronted them about it and the guy said “it’s $20 extra for shilac” so it’s $35 for shilac but add a extra $20 for shilac? That makes no sense. Will not use this place again. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Qualityi got my nails done thursday afternoon and they broke saturday. service was bad, waiting for almost an hour, they soaked my old nails for like 45 minutes, then i was getting my nails done and they kept getting up to help other people. don’t recommend at all.

Went in for a pedicure and picked the one I wanted from there menu, which was clearly marked as $55. Upon finishing, it was $60. “Rose” kept getting up from my service to attend to other customers.
