After going to two other nail salons and having not great experiences, Q Nails was a TREAT! They shaped my almond shaped nails PERFECTLY and with so much attention to detail. Same with the gel polish – a perfect job! Helen did my nails and she was soooo wonderful! 🙂 My friend also got almond shaped acrylics with chrome and had an equally great experience. I got a gift card from my son and daughter in law that was purchased on 12/24/21. Anyway, I went in there today to get some services just to find out that it expired on 6/24/22 and it is 8/15/22. I have never heard of a gift card expiring 6 months after purchase. The guy acted like it it expired years ago. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never buy a GC from this place. I was hoping it would be my new “go to” place but I will not be returning!

Best Manicure I’ve had in a long time. Beautiful shop – just recently remodeled. They have a wide variety of gel color. Lots of sparkly colors which I love. The owner is very attentive to customers and you can tell he takes pride in his shop. They do take appointments on Sundays as well. Highly recommend!

– I made appointment pedicure for my husband and fill in for my nails , but when we arrived, they told us that they can only take my husband pedi and i have to wait to get get my nail done. I had another appointment to come. After 20 min of waiting I couldn’t wait any longer and left, my husband there to get his feet done. He chose the $57 pedi which is the best pedi they have, but the lady was rushed and finished his pedi in like 20-25 minutes. It was the worst experience we ever had in a nail salon. Do not waste your time and money here!!

I was on vacation and gave this salon a try. I wanted a gel manicure but the guy did my nail tried to convince many times that I should get dipping powder instead of gel. He said it will last 3 weeks and up, but it started chipping and cracked in less than a week. This never happens to me with gel manicure! Acrylic nails

My daughter and I walked in for pedicures and fullset. They told us it would be few minutes of waiting, but they let us wait almost 1 hour to get pedicures, and after that we had to wait an hour to get our nails done without any notice between.
